Duties:

  • Manage and prioritize a large caseload, ensuring efficient case handling.
  • Draft and review pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Attend hearings, status conferences, and other legal proceedings as required.
  • Interact regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
  • Provide creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risks.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • Admission to the Delaware, New Jersey, or Maryland bar is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle a high caseload efficiently.
  • Ability to handle client interactions, legal proceedings, and negotiations effectively.
  • Previous experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, mortgage banking, or title services is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (required).
  • Admission to the Delaware, New Jersey, or Maryland Bar (preferred).

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
