  • Work closely with medical professionals, investigators, and expert witnesses to build strong cases.
  • Maintain thorough and organized case files while ensuring compliance with all legal procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with legal support staff to streamline case progression and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of legal experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law and insurance settlement procedures.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Kentucky State Bar or eligibility for admission.
