  • Conduct legal research and draft memorandums or briefs to support case strategies.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and represent clients in hearings or court proceedings.

  • Stay updated on developments in family law and other areas of practice, contributing to the firm’s growth.

Requirements

  • Membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
  • Completion of a judicial clerkship, preferably in the Family Part of New Jersey (preferred).
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Valid New Jersey Bar License (Required).

  • Experience in family law or related areas (preferred).
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities.

  • Excellent client communication skills.
