Duties

• Assist in all aspects of the firm’s insurance defense practice.
• Provide litigation defense services across a variety of cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on case strategies.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and other pre-trial preparations.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure expectations are met.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in litigation defense or a related legal field.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Idaho or eligible for reciprocal admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Idaho State Bar or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
