Duties

  • Collaborate with eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to develop case strategies.
  • Conduct mediations, oral arguments, and work toward case resolutions.
  • Draft detailed legal documents, conduct comprehensive legal research, and provide strategic counsel to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on cyber, data, or privacy law.
  • Strong academic credentials and a proven track record in legal research and writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of the desired office location.
