Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Conduct pre-lawsuit investigations and case analyses.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses.
• Prepare motions and attend court appearances.
• Assist in arbitration, mediation, and trials.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia or awaiting Georgia Bar Exam results.

Education:
