Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, specifically in personal injury defense.
• Strong research and legal writing abilities.
• Experience in managing cases from inception to trial.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar (Required).
