Duties

  • Assist in the preparation and management of large-scale tort litigation from initiation through resolution.

  • Collaborate with senior counsel and other legal professionals in developing case strategies and procedural approaches.

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and memoranda tailored to multidistrict and complex litigation.

  • Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of intricate tort law issues.

  • Participate in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review.

  • Engage in settlement negotiations and court appearances as appropriate.

  • Contribute to team discussions on evolving legal frameworks and litigation tactics.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with exposure to mass torts or multidistrict litigation.

  • Strong proficiency in legal analysis, brief writing, and litigation management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; eligibility for admission in Colorado preferred.
