Duties

  • Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation and settlement strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
  • Negotiate and draft settlement agreements in line with client objectives.
  • Handle legal administrative tasks as necessary to support the litigation process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plaintiff's personal injury attorney.
  • Strong litigation background with a proven ability to manage personal injury cases independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relations and team collaboration.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active admission to the California Bar or the ability to practice law in California.
  • UBE-licensed litigators are strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Proficient in legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
  • Strong drafting skills for contracts, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Advanced litigation and trial preparation expertise.
