Real Estate Associate Attorney

Troy office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney preferably with 6+ years of experience in the following: Drafting and negotiating commercial and residential real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements (office, retail, industrial) and conveyance documents. The candidate will be reviewing and resolving title and survey issues. Assist in all aspects of due diligence. Conduct closings. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. Any portable book of business is welcome.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), sound and independent judgment, able to work independently with minimal or no supervision, strong attention to detail, manage new and existing client relationships, meet appropriate deadlines and be actively involved in activities resulting in business development.
