Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of loans throughout the foreclosure process.
  • Draft and review pleadings and legal correspondence related to foreclosure actions.
  • Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in foreclosure and creditor's rights.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar Membership in Tennessee (TN).

Certifications:

  • Must be a licensed attorney with Bar Membership in Tennessee.

Skills:

  • Advanced computer literacy, including legal software and general office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
