  • Examine legal and medical data to determine insurance coverage, liability, damages, and overall case strategy.
  • Prepare settlement brochures, arguments, and strategies for case presentations.
  • Ensure legal compliance with disbursements and settlement funds.
  • Utilize technology and case management systems effectively.
  • Build and establish relationships with professionals in the community to support brand recognition and client service.
  • Travel as required for case-related events and networking.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar (additional state bar memberships are a plus).
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in handling personal injury cases.
  • Litigation experience is a plus but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
