Job Overview: A law firm in Chicago, IL is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of defense litigation experience. Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with case management and litigation processes.
  • Experience in asbestos and talc litigation, including alternative exposure work.
  • Must be admitted to practice in Illinois (IL).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
