Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents pertinent to healthcare stakeholders.
  • Assist clients in navigating regulatory compliance and legal frameworks specific to the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to stay updated on evolving healthcare regulations and trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies that address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and support.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare transactional law, including expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare issues and trends, alongside a solid regulatory background.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities for legal research.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where you intend to practice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the MA Bar is required.
