Job Overview:
A law firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to assist with a wide range of commercial real estate tasks, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions, and will be adept at working independently and as part of a team.

Duties:

• Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Handle due diligence and joint ventures related to commercial real estate.
• Structure, negotiate, and document commercial real estate agreements.
• Provide legal advice and support on commercial real estate matters.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure transaction success.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.

Certifications:

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.

Skills:

• Experience in commercial real estate transactions.
