We are seeking a Healthcare Associate Attorney for a nationally recognized healthcare practice based in Washington, D.C., with opportunities available in other major cities. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of litigation experience and will be admitted to the local bar. This role offers the chance to work on diverse cases within the healthcare sector, including managed care matters.

Duties:

  • Handle litigation cases within the healthcare practice
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues on case strategy and development

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Admitted to practice in the local jurisdiction
  • Previous experience in the managed care industry is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Superior academic credentials

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
