Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level corporate capital markets associate attorney with 2-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Capital Markets. The candidate must be well-versed in the mechanics of leading Capital Market transactions; experience leading due diligence teams. General corporate and corporate governance experience. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Should have the ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas and a willingness to train junior associates.
