Duties

• Manage a caseload of bodily injury claims within the pre-litigation phase.
• Collaborate with legal assistants to handle case documentation, client communication, and filing of claims.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather necessary information and resolve cases.
• Draft and send demand letters, negotiate settlements, and manage case progression.
• Maintain organized records of case files, deadlines, and client interactions.
• Provide updates and advice to clients regarding the status of their cases.
• Participate in strategy meetings and provide recommendations for improving case outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney with a valid Bar membership.
• Experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation cases preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work efficiently within deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with legal assistants and colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
