Duties:

• Lead and manage personal injury cases, from pre-litigation through to trial.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal staff, helping to establish the firm's new office in Los Angeles.
• Oversee case management and ensure the timely progression of cases.
• Interact with clients, insurance adjusters, and other legal professionals.
• Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients while advocating on their behalf.
• Participate in legal research, motions, and settlement negotiations.
• Contribute to the firm’s national growth and success by delivering results.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense side).
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California State Bar license in good standing.

Skills:

• Experience in personal injury litigation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
• Capable of handling a high volume of cases with precision and efficiency.
