Job Title: Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be crucial in managing complex corporate transactions and providing expert legal counsel to clients. This position is based in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Draft and negotiate mergers & acquisitions and related agreements.
• Manage significant portions of complex projects.
• Work directly with clients on substantial transactions.
• Coordinate with in-house counsel, firm colleagues, and other professionals to address day-to-day corporate matters and to advance complex transactions.
• Support deal teams.
• Continue to develop skills to counsel clients on a broad range of corporate matters.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited school.
• Admitted to practice in Colorado or able to be waived in.
• 5 years of general corporate and mergers and acquisitions experience.
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude, high attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, and exemplary client service skills.
• Team player who thrives in an inclusive, diverse work environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:
