Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana (multiple state licenses are a plus).
  • 5-7 years of experience in creditors' rights, replevin, impound, and bankruptcy.
  • Strong legal research, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana (additional state licenses are a plus).
