A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its growing estate planning team in Mesa, AZ. This position is ideal for a licensed attorney or a soon-to-be-licensed candidate in Arizona, with a strong focus on customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Duties

  • Assist clients in the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored estate planning solutions.
  • Travel to various office locations throughout the valley as needed.
  • Support the firm's client-centered approach, focusing on the effective resolution of client concerns and inquiries.
  • Participate in case reviews and strategy development under the guidance of experienced attorneys.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed or soon-to-be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Arizona Bar or eligibility to take the Bar exam.
