Duties:

• Lead and manage discovery processes, including hearings and trials.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and apply relevant laws to case matters.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as motions, petitions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with team members, leading a designated group to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing a large volume of cases.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• A strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
