Litigation Attorney

Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its personal injury practice in downtown Seattle. Duties

• Manage all stages of civil litigation in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, governmental negligence, and other cases.
• Conduct pre-litigation work, such as drafting and reviewing settlement demands and negotiating resolutions.
• Handle case preparations including depositions, motions, trial preparation, mediations, and arbitrations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury or litigation law.
• Licensed to practice in Washington State and good standing.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Collaborative attitude and a strong commitment to achieving the best client outcomes.
• No disciplinary history with the WSBA.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.

Skills

• Proficiency in both verbal and written advocacy.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
