Duties

• Litigate complex disputes on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Advise clients on corporate governance and government contracting matters.
• Work on federal programs, including the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program.
• Provide legal counsel regarding Alaska Native Corporations and tribal governments.
• Collaborate with team members while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Prepare and review legal documents and agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Alaska.
• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Proven track record in corporate governance and government contracting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Alaska State Bar Association.
