Duties:

  • 3-8 years of law firm experience, particularly in the Trusts and Estates field.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in handling client matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in North Carolina.
  • Candidates currently enrolled in or having completed a Tax LLM program with relevant coursework in trusts and estates will also be considered.

Certifications:

  • North Carolina Bar admission (required).
