This role involves managing all aspects of pre-litigation for personal injury cases, including settlement negotiations, legal research, case strategy development, and working closely with paralegals and other legal staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client advocacy.

Duties:

• Oversee pre-litigation processes from case filing to trial readiness.
• Lead settlement discussions and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Take and defend depositions as part of case preparation.
• Handle motion practice and assist in trial preparation.
• Develop strategic case approaches and legal theories to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Work closely with paralegals and legal staff to support case management and legal research.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 2 years of experience.
• Personal injury law experience.
• In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and related legal procedures.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking capabilities.
• Exceptional skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Current, active California State Bar License.
