A law firm in Philadelphia is seeking a Lateral Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 4+ years of experience in managing sophisticated commercial real estate matters. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale contracts, and related documents, coupled with excellent client service abilities.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee complex commercial real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and closing documents.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and title examinations.
  • Advise on zoning, land use issues, and environmental regulations.
  • Handle regulatory compliance and permitting issues related to real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
  • 4+ years of experience in real estate transactional legal work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase agreements.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance and closing processes.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to provide exemplary client service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education and Certifications:
