Duties

  • Case Evaluation: Assess the merits and potential outcomes of clients’ injury claims through a comprehensive review of evidence, medical records, and other relevant documents.
  • Legal Representation: Provide direct representation in hearings, trials, and appeals, advocating for clients in legal proceedings and administrative forums.
  • Legal Strategy Development: Formulate and execute legal strategies that safeguard clients' rights, including collecting evidence, conducting legal research, and coordinating with medical professionals and experts.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, offering updates on case status, legal advice, and support on rights and legal options.

  • Litigation Support: Represent clients in litigation when claims are disputed, managing discovery, evidence presentation, and in-court advocacy.
