The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation, particularly in professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies. Duties:

• Manage and handle complex insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters.
• Advise clients on issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal memoranda, motions, and other related documents.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys and professionals within the firm.
• Provide exceptional client service by delivering timely and strategic legal solutions.
• Independently manage cases with minimal supervision and deliver on assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in the development of legal strategies and assist clients in resolving disputes effectively.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Solid understanding of insurance coverage issues, particularly in professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a team environment.
• Highly motivated, with a passion for problem-solving and innovative thinking.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
