Duties:

• Represent clients in high-stakes complex commercial litigation cases.

• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on a wide range of business disputes, including contract, shareholder, and fraud matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) solutions for clients.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.

• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Proven experience in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
