Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, memos, briefs, and other correspondence.

• Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies.
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, trials, and other litigation processes.
• Interact with employment experts to enhance case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment law.
• Draft motions and other legal documents as needed.
• Maintain effective communication and cooperation with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice in California.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant laws and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Education:
