• Assess potential case outcomes by analyzing legal precedents.
• Organize and manage a caseload effectively.
• Conduct legal analysis to identify potential case advantages for clients.
• Gather supporting evidence and develop arguments to counter prosecution charges.
• Prepare clients for depositions and establish case strategies.
• Collaborate with witnesses and subject-matter experts to support case positions.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of criminal defense experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be admitted to the California State Bar.
