A law firm is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in Oxford, MS. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience and be motivated to succeed in a dynamic legal environment. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

  • Maintain client communication and keep clients informed about case progress.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Mississippi.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
