Associate Attorney needed for Roseville office

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and projects
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
• Assist in developing case strategies and provide legal input

Requirements:

• 1-7 years of experience in civil litigation
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Ability to make mandatory in-person court appearances, if required
• Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation practice and procedure preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
