Duties:

• Manage a caseload in the areas of employment law, business, and real estate litigation
• Handle law and motion matters and engage in trial preparation and participation
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide updates
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work
• Participate in jury trials and court appearances
• Maintain excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle shifting priorities

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California Bar (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business/employment litigation and trial work
• Law and motion experience is essential
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and dependability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Client communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
