Duties

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Manage a variety of cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
• Develop litigation strategies, perform legal research, and advise clients on legal rights and options.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine strategies and approaches to complex cases.
• Build and maintain client relationships by providing updates and ensuring clear communication.
• Participate in all stages of litigation, from pre-trial to post-trial actions.
• Assist in preparing for trial, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial briefs.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in civil litigation is preferred.
• Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in Mississippi.
