Duties

• Manage and support personal injury litigation cases, from case intake through settlement or trial.
• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise written analyses.
• Assist in trial preparation and support senior attorneys in courtroom proceedings.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide case updates.
• Handle client meetings, case strategy sessions, and negotiation discussions.
• Prioritize and manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in personal injury law or litigation practice.
• Jury trial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work standards.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in a state bar association, licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
