Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
• Manage traditional and electronic discovery processes
• Appear before state and federal courts for hearings and proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
• Engage in client communications and case management
• Handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

• 2–3 years of litigation experience in a mid to large law firm
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and court appearances
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing
