A law firm seeks an experienced Environmental Attorney to join its team in Lancaster, PA. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3-5 years of experience in environmental law, including litigation, regulatory matters, land development, and government agency interactions. Duties:

  • Represent clients in environmental litigation, regulatory issues, and land use matters.
  • Advise clients on compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with government agencies on regulatory matters and land development projects.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to environmental law and policy.
  • Develop legal strategies and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and reports.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in environmental law and policy.
  • Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive legal counsel.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional legal service.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in environmental law, with a focus on litigation, regulations, and land development.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
