Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent.
  • Strong understanding of biotechnology principles, with the ability to apply them to intellectual property matters.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex ideas effectively.

Education:

  • Doctorate (Ph.D.) in molecular biology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, or a closely related field.

Certifications:

  • Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent.
  • (For attorneys) Active enrollment in law school or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred.
