Mid-Level Native American Law Associate Attorney

Scottsdale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level native american law associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience with federal law impacting tribes. The candidate will assist in Transactional work, including intergovernmental negotiations and agreements, Indian healthcare clinic contracts and operations, leasing and land use, gaming and hospitality, tribal employment matters, and drafting legislation and ordinances. Tangible legal experience working in Native American communities is required. Should preferably have a degree in Native American Law. Must have California and/or Arizona Bar admission.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials. Must have strong critical analytical and writing skills, a high level of attention to detail, and superior time management skills.
