Location:

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters.
  • Collaborate with case managers to achieve optimal settlements for clients.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in dealings with insurance companies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients in court, before government agencies, and at depositions and mediations.
  • Advise clients on legal matters and ensure clear communication throughout the legal process.
  • Maintain compliance with legal standards and regulations.
  • Perform administrative and management tasks related to legal casework.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada.
  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with legal documents, filings, and procedures.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate a client-first approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Nevada State Bar.

Skills:

  • Expertise in personal injury law.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
