This role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing key compensation-related agreements and plans for high-level executives. Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in a State Bar, preferably Georgia, or the willingness to obtain.
