Duties:

  • Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources to support litigation, transactional, or advisory matters.
  • Monitor and assess developments in municipal, state, and federal laws affecting infrastructure projects.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and substantive articles on municipal infrastructure matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing in Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island. Other jurisdictions may be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year focused on municipal law, infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth legal research and produce high-quality written materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:
