A law firm in Visalia, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its business law and estate planning practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in business law and estate planning, with a focus on providing high-quality legal services to clients in these areas.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in business law matters, including corporate formation, governance, and contract negotiation.
  • Assist clients with estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Education:
