Location:

Duties:

  • Conduct real estate closing ceremonies with clients.
  • Examine title searches and review recorded documents, including trusts, estates, and corporate documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.
  • Review and finalize closing documents.
  • Ensure all aspects of the closing process comply with state regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with support teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Manage administrative duties related to real estate closings.
  • Travel occasionally to the Hickory, NC office.

Requirements:

  • Actively licensed North Carolina attorney.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate closing process in North Carolina.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be committed to ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar License in North Carolina (Required).

Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate law, particularly in the North Carolina market.
