Job Details

• Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in General Liability defense.

• Responsibilities:

  • Worked up files, conducted investigations, and communicated effectively with corporate clients.
  • Propound and respond to discovery, including the preparation of pleadings and dispositive motions.
  • Conducted depositions and actively participated in trial preparation.
  • Independently prepare files for settlement and trial as needed.
  • Draft comprehensive reports to carriers/clients, providing clear and concise updates on case developments.

• Skills and Qualities:

  • Self-motivated, curious, and hardworking individual with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Knowledge of public entity law is considered a valuable asset.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
