  • Conduct legal research and analysis to assess case outcomes based on relevant legal precedents.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring deadlines and client needs are met.
  • Assist in gathering and presenting evidence that supports clients’ cases.
  • Prepare clients for depositions, guiding them through key case strategies and collecting testimony from witnesses and experts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in criminal defense law.
  • Experience handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in client interactions.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
