• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Provide strategic counsel and advice to clients on corporate legal matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and departments on complex transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in transactional business law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to a state bar (must be in good standing)
